"Mr. Hubbard has worked with the County of Wilkes since 2013. The first project was a renovation and up fit of an unoccupied building which is now the Wilkes Law Enforcement Center. The second and most recent project completed in late 2015 was also an up fit and complete renovation of a partially finished and unfinished building that is now the very beautiful Wilkes County Agricultural Center.
